Any region can be archived instead of cleared: its outline, fill, and the camera relationship are saved. The Refs sidebar lists saved regions as tiles, click one to re-open it exactly where it was.
- Regions persist in the project file, so they survive save and reopen.
- Overlay-filled regions re-render with the current overlay image, not a frozen copy.
- Duplicate, rename, and restore the camera view per region.
